Salvation – Acts 4:12 and 18
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of JESUS.
Salvation came to mankind thousands and thousands of years ago and HIS name is JESUS. The Word of GOD [Matthew 1:21] tells us; ‘And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for HE will save HIS people from their sins.’ (Matthew 1:23) “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call HIS name Immanuel,” which is translated, “GOD with us.” So that there will be no argument; I am providing the names and definitions.
JESUS: Latin form of Greek Iesous, meaning “GOD is salvation.”
IESOUS (Ίησους): Greek form of Hebrew Yehowshuwa, meaning “GOD is salvation.”
IMMANUW’EL (עִמָּנוּאֵל): Hebrew name meaning “GOD is with us.”
YEHOWSHUWA (יְהוֹשׂוּעַ): Hebrew name meaning “GOD is salvation.”
This is so powerful that I just had to underline and italicize is. Salvation is not found in any other person; salvation is not found in a place or a thing; salvation is found in JESUS; who is GOD who came to earth in flesh; [1 Tim.3:16] GOD was manifested in the flesh and {1John 4:2} By this you know the Spirit of GOD: Every spirit that confesses that JESUS CHRIST has come in the flesh is of GOD. Just as before people want to shut down the power of CHRIST JESUS; because they know that there is power in that name. Antichrist in the name of atheism and agnostics don’t want anyone to pray in public; don’t want prayer in restaurants; schools and possibly the end of church as we know it. Hell broke loose on the earth in the Garden of Eden when Adam fell. But grace abounds superlatively. No one tries to keep homosexual teachings from school or governments; no one hides homosexual activity from the public; no one is asked not to exalt the name of Elijah Muhammed; Buddha and so forth. No other name is blasphemed as much as the name of JESUS. What would happen if we used Allah in this text; Allahdamn. For thousands and thousands of years the enemy has tried to stop the name of JESUS from being used; but JESUS can’t be stopped. The people of JESUS can’t be stopped. JESUS is GOD; JESUS Is The Savior of the world. No person will be saved from sin by any other; I don’t care how you feel about it or believe. The truth is the truth JESUS does reign and HE is not dead. So next CHRISTmas recognize that HE was born in a manger but don’t keep HIM there. On Easter, recognize that HE gave HIS life to be crucified on the cross; but don’t keep HIM there. JESUS is now sitting at the right hand of HIS FATHER; The LORD GOD Most High. Praying for you and me; waiting for that glorious day when HE will return back to earth to gather those that believed and those that believe in HIM.
