Death is the effect of sin (Heb. 2:14);
There is a spiritual death in trespasses and sins, i.e., the death of the soul under the power of sin (Rom. 8:6; Eph. 2:1, 3; Col. 2:13). The “second death” (Rev. 2:11) is the everlasting perdition of the wicked (Rev. 21:8), and “second” in respect to natural or temporal death.
THE DEATH OF CHRIST is the procuring cause incidentally of all the blessings men enjoy on earth. Especially it is the procuring cause of the actual salvation of all his people, together with all the means that lead thereto.
It does not make their salvation merely possible, but certain (Matt. 18:11; Rom. 5:10; 2 Cor. 5:21; Gal. 1:4; 3:13; Eph. 1:7; 2:16; Rom. 8:32-35).
The end of life in the flesh where breath is no longer found in the brain and lungs and the heart has ceased to pump blood.
Most people are afraid of death. My answer to you is that you need to be afraid; you need to be very afraid. GOD Is Real. The devil is real. Heaven is real; hell is real and so is the lake of fire.
If you have not accepted JESUS as your Savior you are already dead; you just don’t know it. You are called the walking dead. Your spirit is dead; disconnected from GOD your Creator. You have no connection with GOD; you may or may not be aware that your god is the devil. You can pray and make request of GOD until you are blue in the face; you can cry a river of tears and it means nothing. There is one prayer from you that will grant you access to GOD and that is to acknowledge that you are a sinner and that you need JESUS in your heart and the Word of GOD to renew your mind so that you may know the will of GOD and take on HIS nature. REPENT for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
Man is to die one death and that is from this earth and to then be present with The LORD. However, if you die in sin not knowing JESUS and JESUS not knowing you. You will be present with the devil.
We are encased in flesh; that flesh is designed to fall apart when it is not taken well care of. When this happens and you are a CHRISTian it’s good to know this.
