Just the thought that I’m going to share just a wee bit about HIM has me all Jell-O inside.
First; let me begin with HIS name. JESUS is the most common name we know HIM as; though there are many translations which carry a meaning to fit your need for HIM in your life at the time of any particular circumstance. In the gospels we are informed that the Angel of the LORD told Joseph (JESUS step-dad) to name HIM JESUS because HE is The SAVIOR. Now my suggestion to the readers is to either go on line and look up the names of JESUS as well as the names of Our Heavenly; True Living GOD you can learn alot about a name and understand the importance of a name.
CHRIST is not HIS name it’s an official office; CHRIST means anoint so when we put the names together what we are really saying is our SAVIOR the Anointed ONE and HIS Anointing. We will all get to know JESUS personally in our needs; I may or may not consciously need JESUS or ask of HIM in all that HE is. However, I do know HIM personally as SAVIOR, DELIVERER, HEALER, COUNSELOR, ATTORNEY, JUDGE, TEACHER, FINANCIER, BIG BROTHER, and CONFIDANT. I know GOD personally as DADDY and PROVIDER. I know The Holy Spirit as my TEACHER and GUIDE. I may know more but I’m human and maybe at this writing I’m not remembering; however, you are getting the picture aren’t you about knowing HIM according to HIS name?
For me; knowing JESUS just can’t begin and end with HIS being in the Manger around the CHRISTmas holiday then hanging on the cross during the Easter holiday. Nor can knowing JESUS for me begin with my accepting JESUS for who HE is and receiving the salvation from HIM and consider myself satisfied. For me JESUS is someone I want to know intimately in a deeper relationship. After all we take the time to try and get to know a person of interest when it comes to romance. We take the time to research the things that we consider to be very important in our careers; learning; hobbies; activities and such. We even go as far as reading and listening to whatever we can about an entertainer that we really enjoy and think that we know the intimate details of their lives and we consider ourselves to be authorities on that person to the point that we have raised them higher than JESUS and that person; place or thing has taken the place of JESUS and is now your god.
JESUS is not a complex person; JESUS is not dead; JESUS is alive; JESUS is historical; JESUS is the epitome of what a miracle is; simply put JESUS Is. I like to keep my writings short so that the reader does not lose interest and when writing about JESUS it’s good that HE has disciplined me in that area. There is just so much to say; so much to write about JESUS that even the Bible could not contain all of who HE is and what HE has done. Read John 20:30
So I don’t feel bad that I don’t share all of what JESUS has been and done for me in my life; beside they are so numerous; I can’t recall them all in my life time and there is still more to come. So I leave you with this; we all need role models in our lives; before choosing a human role model look to JESUS; HE was and HE is a living role model.
The Word became human and made HIS home among us. HE was full of unfailing Love and faithfulness. We have seen HIS glory; the glory of the FATHER’s One and Only begotten SON. John 1:14
JESUS is the visible image of the invisible GOD. Colossians 1:15
All you who are single and feel alone; married and feel alone; wealthy and feel alone where ever you are and whoever you are; if you think you are lonely and feel alone; you want to belong to someone; someone who cares about you; someone who will listen to you; someone who will talk with you, the perfect companion. Have I got someone for you; HE’s a tall; gorgeous caring man; who loves you for you. However, HE has the ability to love you so amazingly that HE can create in you a better you. HE longs to provide and care for those who depend on HIM; HE’s the Jew with the most and HE is The SON of GOD; people put your hands together for JESUS.
Where two or three gather together as MY followers or in MY name, I AM there among you. Matthew 18:20
GOD loved the world so much that HE gave HIS One and Only begotten SON, so that everyone who believes in HIM will not perish but have eternal life in and with HIM. GOD sent HIS SON into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through HIM. John 3:16-17
I will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5

JESUS existed before anything else; HE holds all creation together. Colossians 1:17
Do you need to hear some good news? Yes you do; we are bombarded with negative conversation daily and everywhere we go.
GOD promised this Good News long ago through HIS prophets in the Holy Scriptures. The Good News is about HIS SON. In HIS earthly life HE was born into King David’s family line, and HE was shown to be the SON of GOD when HE was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 1:2-4
