Every person must have a specific goal in life. To obtain that goal it’s beneficial for us to write down our goals and make them plain. We must be able to visualize those goals daily so that we can hit that mark. Our goal is a race, often times it’s not a swift one but a steady paced one. Regardless of what our goals in life maybe everyone has the exact same goal and that is to begin and to end with a purpose. The Apostle Paul gave us a great example of goal setting and achievement. Why not take a brief look.
Oftentimes when we set out to accomplish our goals we hit opposition and fail. This is the place many people give up, grow tired and weary. We are encouraged to pursue our goals. People who press forward/pursue are the ones who believe in what they have to offer. The fulfilled accomplished goal brings about each and every time a prize won. After all, why set the goal in the first place if you did not have your eyes on the prize? Once we have set our goal, then we must keep that goal, sometimes we may have to fight not in a tumultuous manner. But strategically in the effort that others will see and hear what it is that we are presenting. We are the owner of the goal and we must guard that goal with nobility and finish our course. Never losing hope but keeping the faith. If ever we feel week regarding our goals look to JESUS and the Apostle Paul for guidance.
