Is the LORD your GOD? Do you love the LORD GOD? Do you keep the commandments given to you by the LORD GOD? Do you know what the commandments are that the LORD GOD has given to you? As for me I can say with assurance that the LORD is my GOD and none other. It is HE alone that I love with my entire heart, mind and strength. I know and keep the commandments that the LORD GOD has given to me which are to love the LORD GOD as I have stated above and I love my neighbor as I do myself. The LORD GOD is faithful even when in times I can become faithless. We all experience this at times and I know that I am not alone in this. My GOD has informed me that HE will keep covenant and show HIS mercy on me and my descendents for a thousand years. Now let me explain to you what that means to me. LORD GOD I give YOU glory! I had ancestors who kept covenant with the LORD GOD; I don’t know who they were but I know that covenant with the LORD GOD was kept because I have seen the salvation on my mother; my siblings and myself. My mother keeps covenant with the LORD GOD and because of this the LORD GOD will keep covenant with her descendants for a thousand years which began with her children. Her children keeps covenant with the LORD GOD and because of this the LORD GOD will keep covenant with our descendants for a thousand years which began with our children. So as I see it; because the LORD GOD keeps covenant with me HIS covenant and mercy will never be broken. I understand that there will be some in my clan who will not chose to live for CHRIST JESUS but none the less the LORD GOD is true to HIS Word. I believe and I know that there will be more from my family lineage that will come to JESUS and have covenant with HIM due to GOD’s mercy. All because there were family members who loved the LORD GOD and kept HIS commandments as I love the LORD GOD and keep HIS commandments which are far greater than what they had. I’m so excited to know that I have this promise from the LORD GOD!
