Believe it or not; this campaign is still going on. People who do not like a certain religion; prejudice against a certain race or do not understand why you believe in what you believe in. Fear of the unknown will bring persecution upon others. Persecution does not come with fairness or love. Persecution is followed by hate; injustice and sometime violence.
