Who of us do not want to feel secure?
We want to know that when we are in our homes that there will be no harm or danger towards us or property. We want to know that when we leave our homes that we do not have to be concerned with the violence because we have remained clear of a dangerous lifestyle that does not give us a need to be paranoid. We do everything humanly possible to feel protected yet even with our gadgets designed for protection we seek more.
Well, I’m here to inform you that there is a protection like no other that can’t be purchased on-line; in a store or on the street. It’s called the Shechinah! Stop scratching your heads I’m not going to leave you hanging. SHECHINAH is the resting place. What resting place? The resting place of GOD. My friend, we all need to get to that place where we are so consumed by GOD that the enemy knows not to even walk on the same side of the street where our presence is. Our work place, our home, our vehicle and such. I’m not there either, but I’m trying, I want the enemy to look for me and find that there is protection on me 24/7. There are times when I’m caught off guard and the enemy comes in like a flood, I slip and fall….then I stand up throw the towels on the ground to help absorb the flood, grab my mop and begin to speak the Word proclaiming thus said the LORD and remind myself who I am and what I have been promised by my DADDY. The enemy must flee; he can’t stay near anyone who knows their rightful position in the kingdom. Mothers just as you will protect your babies from conception until the time of your death. Didn’t JESUS die on the cross for our protection? Men, just as you will protect your family; home and provide for their needs. Didn’t JESUS protect us from having to go into hell to experience a second death; didn’t HE say that HE is preparing mansions for us; is the mansion in hell or heaven where HE is? Children, do you not look to your mom and dad or guardian to keep you safe? JESUS took time to write a special letter just to you to show you that you are to be protected. Read Matthew 19:13; Mark 10:13 and Luke 18:15
Protection is not found in any device devised by humans to make humans safe. Only the ULTIMATE Human can do this; 9-1-1 should be a direct line to JESUS; instead of calling the alarm company and giving away your money to them plead the BLOOD of JESUS over your windows; door post; threshold; anoint your home; pray verbally that your home belongs to GOD; sanctify yourself in HIS righteousness and HIS Word, GOD has angels that have charge over you and they are dispatched to work on your behalf. Husbands pray over your wife; wife pray over your husband; betrothed get in the habit of praying for each so that when you become one flesh you will not have to incorporate this activity it will be apart of your life. Parents pray over your children if they are still at home if they have left pray for them.
If and when you do face physical harm you may not be able to remember a scripture buy what you can remember is to scream at the top of your lungs JESUS! Over and over; however, if you can remember a scripture here is one. The LORD watches over your life. The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever. Psalm 121:7-8
Us CHRISTians are continually under spiritual attack because the devil has told his band of demons to get us back at every cost and I do mean every cost. Make the LORD your refuge. Make the MOST HIGH your shelter, no evil will conquer you there. Ps. 91:9-10
The LORD is faithful; HE will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3
