Since the resetting of the clock on Calvary; there has been no other man known to man that we can all consider greater in wickedness other than Hitler. The second in the running is maybe Charles Manson or maybe he is considered the craziest. I don’t know.
However, the picture I want to paint here; is that these two men in their depravity was and is really no different from you and I. Hitler was a sinner and Charles Manson is a sinner. I don’t know if Hitler died in his sin but if he did I assure you he is burning in hells fire. Charles Manson still has a chance just as you do.
These should be sobering thoughts to you. You see; it’s not your drinking, drugging and smoking that makes you a sinner. It’s sin that makes you a sinner. Sin causes us to do all and everything that we should not do.
Our beautiful bodies do not belong to us; well especially those of us who belong to JESUS. “Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from GOD, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify GOD in your body and in your spirit, which are GOD’s,” 1 Cor. 6:19-20.
Understand this; we condemn our bodies with the abuse of alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, food and sexual immorality. The abuse of alcohol causes us to become alcoholics and the abuse of drugs cause us become drug addicts. However the scriptures tell us the following.
- When you are drunk / inebriated / intoxicated; you become uncovered
- When you are drunk / inebriated / intoxicated; you are stubborn, rebellious and disobedient
- When you are drunk / inebriated / intoxicated; you stagger in your own vomit; lean; fall; reel backward and forward
- When you are drunk / inebriated / intoxicated; will come to lose everything; sleep anywhere; dress in rags; filled with sorrow, horror and desolation
- When you are drunk / inebriated / intoxicated; you are a fool; your beauty fades
- When you over eat you can eat yourself into poverty
- When you over eat you are stubborn, rebellious and disobedient
- When you over eat you bring shame
- When you over eat you become lazy
- Sexual Immorality [you can read for yourselves]; get angry with JESUS because I did not say so.
No person in their right mind would willingly corrupt the house of GOD. We prove to ourselves how much love and respect we have for ourselves just by doing this to our own bodies. We are to love ourselves greatly. If we abuse ourselves how can we truly love others?
Now back to Hitler or Manson; GOD did not want to see Hitler go to hell if that’s where he went because I don’t know and neither do you. GOD does not want to see Manson go to hell any more than HE wants to see you go to hell. Manson still has a chance to get it right with CHRIST JESUS and be forgiven of all his sins and enter into heaven. I want that every CHRISTian should want that because JESUS wants that. As for you there is something that you can do right where you are and that is to trust in J-E-S-U-S.
JESUS will save you right where you are. JESUS will forgive you right where you are. JESUS doesn’t care about what you have done all HE cares about is you.
Look JESUS has seen you before HE created the very first angel; planets; vegetation, animals, anything and everything. JESUS saw you; nothing you think, say or do surprises HIM. HE is not shocked by what you have done or what you will do.
JESUS loves you and wants to heal you; JESUS wants to deliver you from sin, hell and yourself. Won’t you trust in HIM today?
Let’s get real; you’ve tried everything else; it’s time to stop trying and just surrender to CHRIST and allow HIM to handle life for you. I’m not promising a rose garden what I’m promising you is the promises JESUS has been offering for two thousand and four-teen years. And none of HIS promises have ever failed; no one who has ever given their entire heart to JESUS has every walked away from HIM. Many have left lifestyles, cults and addictions for JESUS. You can be one also.
JESUS is patiently waiting on you and so am I. I will be blogging and publishing magazines until JESUS return or until I join JESUS. Because I want to tell you about JESUS.
