How is GODs LOVE defined?
Simply put; it’s unconditional. Not limited by conditions; absolute.
GOD is Love, and HIS love is very different from human love. GOD’s love is unconditional, and it’s not based on feelings or emotions. HE doesn’t love us because we’re lovable or because we make HIM feel good; HE loves us because HE is love. HE created us to have a loving relationship with HIM, and HE sacrificed HIS own SON (who also willingly died for us) to restore that relationship.
How does GOD define Love?
GOD is a disciplinarian (Proverbs 3:11-12)
A good parent will always instruct his/her child about right from wrong. When the child continues to disobey lovingly the parents will discipline the child. Reference Only: Job 5:17 & Proverbs 13:24
GOD is a provider of peace & a deliverer (Isaiah 38:17)
- What a contradiction; peace is freedom of the mind and heart from annoyance, distraction, anxiety, an obsession, etc. Bitterness is hard to bear; grievous; distressful causing pain; piercing; stinging; characterized by intense antagonism or hostility; hard to admit or accept; resentful and cynical.
- GOD loves us all back to life; snatches us from the pit of corruption and nothingness.
- GOD takes away our sin and places them behind HIS back.
GODs Love is everlasting (Jeremiah 31:3)
GODs Love towards us is eternal; infinite, which has no beginning or end.

GOD is a giver (John 3:16)
GOD gave HIS only begotten SON.
GOD is a demonstrator (Romans 5:5, 8)
Hope is to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence; to believe, desire, or trust. To continue to hope, although the outlook does not warrant it. Reference: Hebrews 11:1
V8, how did GOD demonstrate HIS Love for us? JESUS died for us while in our sin.
GOD causes us to conquer (Romans 8:37)
We are no longer slaves or victims for sin. Each time The Holy Spirit convicts us of something that we are saying or doing that we are not aware is a sin; we have a desire to stop.
GOD has Great Love (Ephesians 2:4-6)
Considerable power, intensity; extreme; important; highly significant.
GOD cares (1 Peter 5:7)

JESUS is one with THE FATHER; THE FATHER is one with JESUS; so we too must be one with JESUS as HE is in THE FATHER. Read 1 John 2:24
V9-10; nature and depth of GODs Love. GOD sent HIS only begotten SON into the world. So that we can live through HIM. We did not love GOD but GOD Loves us so much that HE sent HIS SON to be a ransom for our sins.
V19; it is because of GODs great Love for us that we began to grow in love with HIM and continue daily through the reading of HIS Word and spending time with HIM.
